Role #1: PRODUCTION ENGINEER - PAINT SHOP
- To daily monitor & improve KPIs of Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost & HRD- To improve production conditions via continous improvement projects
- To improve production conditions and standardise processes via continous improvement projects implementation
- To directly interact with lineside leadership to tackle issues and comply with abnormality management
- To improve Quality KPI by raising the defects reduction target for each Fiscal Year

Role #2: COST LEAD - PAINT SHOP
- Manage Paint Shop\'s Cost KPI by controlling SAP-ERP system for the shop
- To develop Cost Controlling System to reduce production costs related to Consumables, Utilities and Man Power
- Development of daily Consumption Calculation System for Direct/Indirect Consumables and Defectives Control/Reduction System
- To manage Paint Shop\'s Consumables (Indirect, Direct consumables & Energy Gentan-i)
- Identification of Increased Costs against Standards & Countermeasures Implementation
- Cost Reduction Kaizens via Process Standardization (Bench-marking Toyota Best Practices)

As an entry level maintenance and project engineer my role was to:
1-Development and revision of Quality Systems Maintenance Procedure.
2-Development of SOPs for Maintenance Management along with implementation of Reactive and Proactive Maintenance Plan for Utilities Department of the Plant.
3-Work with the Site Leadership Team to set and implement the Business strategy and Transformation for the Site.
4- Management, Planning and controlling of projects with the target, to accomplish projects with in time and budget.
Role: Team Leader
Work Experience: Calculation of Standard time of operations to optimize productivity. Development of new layouts for two departments with improved method of operations so that underutilization of machines may overcome. Also designed advanced racking system which is estimated to optimize the productivity of both the departments of GTR along with improvement in process quality.
Results: Estimated increment in productivity for Band Building Department was calculated to be 41.70%. Green Tyre Building department to be 17.65%.
